Need your order done right with uncommonly swift turnaround and a staff that puts a real effort into anticipating your needs and keeping the cafe super clean and stocked?
Go to this Starbucks.
It feels confusing to me to be writing this review because I typically sidestep Starbucks for indie cafes, but the staff here has renewed my spirit as a Starbucks evangelist. A shout out to some of the staff who have made my visits here amazing: thank you Kevin, Tori M, Matt, and Megan.
As a business scholar who has over 10 years invested in hospitality (boutique hotels and fine dining) and has been to Starbucks' all over North America, Asia, and Europe, it's easy to see the manager operating this branch is doing something right because my experience here this year has been nothing short of extraordinary. This branch undoubtedly stands out as a shining star among the rest.
To be honest, I came here for the first time a few months ago as a desperation move, but my experience has brought me back literally dozens of times since. -

This Starbucks is super busy all of the time but the staff is attentive and courteous and make sure the line moves as fast as possible.
Starbucks offers free cups if triple filtered water which is refreshingly delicious,however the purchase of their bottled water goes toward a charity which provides clean water.
Also with the Starbucks rewards card all refills on coffee and tea are free while you sit in the coffee shop. -

This Starbucks was not the best experience I've ever had. Everyone working was too busy talking to each other to give good service. As I was giving my order the cashier and another person behind the counter just kept on their conversation. That's one of my biggest peeves. Stop talking about personal stuff while a customer is right in front of you! It's not that difficult. My drink was prepared correctly but it's a plain iced tea. Kinda difficult to mess up.

I always have a good experience here. The staff knows me by name and always greets me when I come in to pick up my mobile order. Very pleasant crew, plus my order is always made to perfection. The best Starbucks I've been to, so glad it's my local one!

Starbucks in Quakertown is like my third home. I work right next to it so I'm always there. The employees know me by name and are always so nice and welcoming. They are great at making drinks, and they all do a great job. I'd like to give a few shoutouts to my favorite baristas; Marty, Kelly, Haley, and Shannah. Definitely the best Starbucks around!
